Employee was cutting flashing with a knife, knife slipped and cut EE's leg. Took several stiches to close the laceration.

Operator was driving out a steel pin when ee lost balance and fell about 4.5 to the frozen ground. Operator fell on right arm causing a fracture to the humerus bone.

Treading on new drill bit, bit would not turn, when EE unscrewed the bit it fell and pinched finger between bit and breakout table.

WHILE USING A HAMMER TO POUND ON BLOCK OF EQUIPMENT, EE CAUGHT THE TIP OF HIS THUMB. THE RESULT WAS THE THUMB NAIL WAS SEPARATED AND THUMB BONE FRACTURED.
