Employee was cutting flashing with a knife, knife slipped and cut EE's leg. Took several stiches to close the laceration.

Operator was driving out a steel pin when ee lost balance and fell about 4.5 to the frozen ground. Operator fell on right arm causing a fracture to the humerus bone.
