Employee was replacing bolt on screen when counter weight pulley pulled bolt & employee's left hand onto pulley under belt. Employee was pulling bolt when injury occurred. Center finger on left hand received 3-4 stitches.

At 8 pm on 4/10/08 a section of highwall collapsed. The materials covered half of the 992 c loader a rock broke thru the windshield causing a laceration of the scalp and right hand.
