OPERATOR WAS CHANGING THE DRAG CABLE ON DRAGLINE. HE CUT THE CABLE LOOSE FROM THE DRUM WITH A CUTTING TORCH. WHEN HE PULLED THE END THROUGH THE FAIRLEED, IT WRAP AROUND HIS LEG & THE HOT END B URNED HIM BEHIND THE KNEE. DUE TO INFECTION SETTING IN HE OBTAINED MEDICAL ATTENTION ON 11-9-94.
