EE WAS DRILLING WITH AN AIR TRACK DRILL, DURING THE PROCESS OF OPERATION HE WAS CHANGING DRILL STEEL AND SOMEHOW HIS RIGHT HAND GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN A SPROCKET & ROLLER CHAIN. EE CANNOT RECALL HOW OR WHY HIS HAND GOT NEAR THE SPROCKET. EE'S RIGHT HAND WAS SO SEVERLY INJURED THAT THE DR.'S HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO AMPUTATE ABOVE THE RIGHT WRIST.
