Struck against stationary object

Employee was under loader greasing. When the employee got up, his hard hat fell off and he hit his head on the lifting arms. Employee was transported by his supervisor to the hospital for stitches.

Hammer fell on EE's head (EE was wearing a hard hat and safety glasses), needed 8 staples on top of his head. Bridge of nose and eyebrow were cut. EE works on crew that works 8 days on 6 days off.
