Rock broke from splitter and hit employee in left arm

Employee jammed finger while holding rock on splitter

Employee was performing job task and upon stepping backwards, rolled ankle on rock.

The injured employee was sent to the clinic where they received 2 stitches, and on the following day underwent outpatient surgery to repair two ligaments in the finger. The injured employee is awaiting a doctors return to work orders.
