Employee was descending the steps of the loader and slipped and landed wrong twisting their right knee. Possible ACL or MCL damage.

EE was standing on the bank lifting out equipment from old dredge using a chain. At the time of the injury there was not any equipment hooked on the chain, Ed gave the chain a pull to get more slack and the chain came unhooked from itself and struck him in the forehead.
