The Driver backed up to dump at the dump site, he lifted the bed to dump and the berm gave way and truck went over the berm backwards, when the driver was removed from the cab he complained of back pain. EMS Transported Miner to the hospital.

Still in pain 2 weeks later he went to doctor on 1-29-08 and was told to take a week off.

He went over to tother area to start a project, which required to use a torch.
