Employee was grinding, using a face shield, employee handed bar to a employee on elevated platform, employee on platform grabs the metal bar and pulls it up when ee lost grip of the metal bar, the bar then fell back towards the employee on the ground hitting head, causing a small laceration requiring 4 staples.
