Employee reported that a piece of metal fell on EE's right foot. Said EE was okay at the time and didn't think much of it. EE was wearing steel toed boots at the time. *Injury was not reported until 12/24/2022.
Cutting nylon cable ties with a utility knife towards EE's right arm, tie was hard for EE to cut. EE put a lot of pressure to cut the tie and when EE cut the tie, EE's left hand went towards the right arm right above wrist and punctured EE's skin. About a 3/8 diameter punctured wound.
