Wheel crusher had a small rock lodged in it. Put a spanner wrench on main shaft to spin backwards. EE pulled on wrench and wrench slipped off. He fell backwards into crusher upright support and hurt his back side. Doctor gave him medication which made him drowsy.

CAME INTO WORK, WALKED PAST CONTROL ROOM AND TRIPPED OVER ELECTRIC CABLE TO CRUSHER AREA. FELL FORWARD AND USED LEFT ARM TO PREVENT FALL. BROKE BONE IN LEFT FOREARM.
