Employee saws stone. Lifting and pulling stone off of saw table he pulled muscle in side near waist.

Employee had been operating front end loader. Was climbing back on loader to continue quarrying. He felt pain in lower back and left leg. He came to office to report injury.

Employee was splitting stone, using hammer and cold chisel. He moved to reposition the stone, and it slid across his little finger, causing a deep cut and fracture.
