Employee was performing maintenance on the conveyer belt/cone crusher. EE started to feel pressure and tightness in the chest. Had to be taken to the emergency room for a heart attack.

Employee was working on the dry screen tightening up screen bolts with a 2 foot long socket wrench. EE felt pain in EE's groin EE thought it was a simple pull not thinking it was major or anything. Then EE reported it Monday morning to the owner.
