While ripping in bulldozer, operator came off of bump/rock resulting in a jarred neck.

Employee slipped on muddy bulldozer tracks getting off machine, twisting and hitting knee. Employee did not miss any work. 10/11/12 received note stating operator should wear elastic brace while working. 10/26/12 received note with a diagnosis of a meniscus tear and a planned surgery. We determined we should report after this diagnosis. Employee has not missed work.
