EMPLOYEES WERE MOVING STACKER WHEELS TO PIN FOR RADIAL DRIVE & WHEELS SEEMED STUCK WHEN WHEELS FREED UP THE EMPLOYEES HAND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN FRAME AND SUB-FRAME.
