EE WAS TESTING FUSES & SHUT DOWN & LOCKED DISCONNECT TO REPLACE FUSES. THERE WAS STILL POWER IN BOX ON OTHER SIDE. EE'S WRENCH CONTACTED THE POWER SOURCE & THERE WAS AN ARC & FLASH BURNING EE' S HAND.
