EE was standing on trailer 5-541 reached up to grab onto the side of conveyor 14-1000, lost his grip, slipped off the trailer and twisted his left ankle.

EE WAS LOOSENING AN OIL LINE FROM THE SPOKANE ENGINE WORKING FROM A STANDING LADDER. EE GAVE A TUG ON THE HOSE, IT POPPED OFF AND EE LOST HIS BALANCE ON THE LADDER AND FELL ABOUT 4-5 FEET ON H IS LEFT SIDE.
