COMPLETED CLEANING BUILD UP OF CLAY FROM CONE, ROCK CAME OUT & STRUCK SAFETY GLASSES. THIS CAUSED A LACERATION NEXT TO HIS EYE ON LT. SIDE OF FACE. TRANSPORTED TO E.R. & LACERATION REQUIRED SUTURES.
