Fall from ladders
EE climbed a fixed ladder to check the chute opening. EE slipped down four rungs of ladder and collided with a door, resulting in a right shoulder strain.

Fall to the walkway or working surface
A passenger in a truck that came to plant to load an outgoing load got out of truck. As he walked along side of truck, he fell landing on left arm. EMT called to scene, felt arm may be broken. Transported to clinic.
