EE WAS HOLDING THE JAW CRUSHER DOOR OPEN. HE WENT TO CLOSE IT AND CAUGHT HIS HAND WITH THE DOOR. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN.

Fall from machine

HE WAS WORKING ON A PIECE OF PIPE ON 944 LOADER. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET TO THE GARAGE FLOOR.
