Struck against stationary object

EE was walking under conveyor, EE hit hard hat on the bottom of the conveyor. It knocked EE's hard hat off. After bending down to pick up hard hat EE hit head on way back up.

Struck by flying object

While staging a Cab Stand Platform for installation on a new dredge, a crane was booming down with two chains hooked up and two that were free. The injured employee was stepping up onto the stand to hook up the two free chains when they unexpectedly swung and struck them on the left side of hard hat. EE was temporarily dazed and proceeded to stumble.

Driving a pin with a sledge hammer, ee felt like he pulled a muscle in his right elbow.

Two employees were replacing tires on boom truck. Injured employee was holding a wrench while co-worker was operating the impact wrench. His finger got smashed between the wrench and the wheel, resulting in a fracture of the fifth digit on the left hand.

EE WAS UNCLOGING COLLECTOR BOX ON FLOATING CONVEYER. CONVEYER AND BOX SANK UNDER WEIGHT OF MATERIAL. EE WAS PULLED INTO WATER.
