INJURED WAS DRIVING ROCK TRUCK IN THE PIT AREA BEING LOADED WITH DIRT, MUD AND ROCK. WHYEN MUD HIT ON THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK BED CAUSING TRUCK TO ROCK BACK AND FORTH.
