Driving bushings into excavator and EE was assisting by holding the pin. Handle broke and the steel part hit his left hand, cutting his inner palm and injuring his thumb.

EE WAS STANDING ON GRAVEL WASHER PULLING ON A TARP STRAP TO FASTEN A PIECE OF RUBBER. THE BELT STRAP CAME UNHOOKED CAUSING EE TO FALL BACKWARDS ONTO HIS WRIST.
