Employee was working in the plant area when employee exited the power building employee stepped down on a 2"" water hose and twisted employee's ankle. Employee had been using the hose earlier to wash out material around plant.
The excavator operator was moving his machine to refuel from the service truck. The employee operating the service truck was standing beside the service truck and the excavator operator accidently steered the excavator quickly toward the service truck striking the service truck operator with the bucket of the excavator.
