Over-exertion in lifting objects
While lifting a 100# sand bag off of a conveyor to stack on a pallet, felt something pop and had immediate sharp pain in back of right shoulder.

Over-exertion in lifting objects
While helping to change screen panels, felt something pull/strain in the lower right groin area. Since then, a bulge in the lower right groin area has appeared. Went to Doctor on 12/18/13 and was diagnosed as a Femoral Hernia.

Struck against stationary object
Coming down the ladder of the #1 bucket elevator, I hit my knee on the vertical brace of the ladder. This sprained my right knee, possibly tearing of a tendon.
