Truck driver, non employee of Fittstone quarry, was in tarping area. Stepped over wash down rack, on top of the trailer loaded with rock where EE fell off other side. EE has a possible broken arm. We called the ambulance and EE's employer, we sit with EE till EMS and first responders arrived.

EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING MOVE A CONVEYOR WHICH WAS SUSPENDED BY A CHAIN ON A HOIST IN THE SHOP. THE LIGHTEST END GOT OUT OF CONTROL AND SWUNG AROUND AND HIT EMPLOYEE IN THE LEFT KNEE. THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR HIM TO GET OUT OF THE WAY.
