Struck by powered moving object
EE was on the ground flagging a load of patio stone and nearby was a track hoe. She turned to walk towards the loading area when, at the exact same time, the operator of the track hoe starting walking the hoe. The hammer on the boom of the track hoe knocked her several feet before hitting the ground.
