While using razor knife to cut slot in belt of wash plant, knife slipped, cutting employee's finger.

Employee was using shovel to clear chat from screening plant area. He felt a ""pop"" in his lower back. Diagnosis: lower back strain.

Employee was standing on hopper brace attempting to dislodge large rock which was caught in the hopper. He slipped off the brace, straining his left knee.
