EE was cutting a bolt off of the fresh water pump when EE's grinder got in a bind & kicked back cutting EE on the inside of the left leg below the knee. EE was taken to the hospital in Altus where EE received stitches in the left leg below the knee.
Lifted gas tank (500) gallons with a hoist twisted back.
EE was changing the packing on the #1 Pump. The housing that holds the packing in place got into a bind. EE used a pry bar to get it out of the bind. As EE was doing so, the pry bar slipped off the housing causing EE to fall forward with the pry bar, smashing EE's ring finger on EE's left hand between the pry bar and the pump.
