Employee was loading rotex balls and screens into the skid steer when EE twisted at the waist and strained back.
Employee was working at clearing the chute where the Cyclone from the West Dryer discharges into the sump. As EE was working to clear this chute EE smashed hand into the top opening of the chute causing injury to the tip of the little finger on the left hand. The fingernail was lost and the tip of the finger required stitches.
The injured employee got EE's left thumb caught between a forklift mast and a fork causing a laceration to the left thumb.
