Liberty Stone, LLC · Fall from machine

During a load out a non employee truck driver climbed on the rear of a skid steer forklift and broke left leg after being expelled from the equipment when the load shifted causing the skid steer to tip forward. An ambulance was called as well as MSHA Norman office and Poteau office.
