Columbia Northwest Recycling Inc. · Struck against a moving object

EE drove down haul road after fueling. Claims to have lost air pressure to the air brakes. Tried to shift down and it would not go back into gear. Turned the corner and rolled the truck onto the left side and then to the top.

EE was a passenger in the fuel/lube truck that a co-worker was driving at the time of accident. They came down the haul road after fueling. The co-worker told EE they had no air for the brakes and tried to shift down and the truck would not go back into gear. Turned the corner and the truck rolled onto its left side and then the top.
