EE was using a pry bar to correct the skirting on a conveyor belt. When the bar slipped, EE lost his balance and fell to the ground, landing on his head, breaking several vertebrae, and also broke his left wrist.

STEPPED DOWN OUT OF TRUCK. ICE ON STEP FELL OFF ONTO GROUND, HURT SHOULDER.
