EE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF BELTING WITH A UTILITY KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS THIGH. CAME TO OFFICE, WAS CLEANED OUT AND SENT TO HOSPITAL. REQUIRED 3 STITCHES.
