EE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF BELTING WITH A UTILITY KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS THIGH. CAME TO OFFICE, WAS CLEANED OUT AND SENT TO HOSPITAL. REQUIRED 3 STITCHES.

THE DRILLER AND HELPER WERE GETTING DRILL RIG READY TO MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHEN THE CENTRALIZER GOT IN THE WAY OF THE CLOSING CAROUSEL. DRILLER TOLD HELPER TO HOLD CENTRALIZER UP WHILE EM PL SLOWLY MOVED CAROUSEL IN BY HYDRAULICS AND HELPERS ARM GOT PINCHED.
