THE MAN WAS INSTALLING ROOFBOLTS. HE WAS DRILLING A HOLE IN THE ROOF. HIS GLOVE CAUGHT ON THE DRILL STEEL, TWISTING HIS HAND AND FINGERS AROUND THE STEEL.
