UNCHOKING CONE CRUSHER WITH PRYBAR WHILE CRUSHER WAS RUNNING. PRYBAR STRUCK CONE CAUSING IT TO TWIST. INJURED CONTRACT EMPLOYEE SUFFERED TWO LACERATIONS TO RIGHT HAND. INJURED CONTRACT EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES AT TIME OF INJURY.
