S & K Energy Inc. · Struck by falling object

Employee was drilling shot holes when an air operated ram for holding the steel broke. The employee stopped drilling, moved the drill, and exited the cab. The broken part fell approximately ten feet, striking the employee on the hard hat and nose. The employee received cuts requiring two stitches.
