WHEN OPERATING SLOT DRILL, IT APPEARS HE GOT BETWEEN THE DRILL STEEL AND HIGHWALL AND HIS CLOTHING BECAME ENTANGLED IN THE ROTATING DRILL STEEL. THE CLOTHING WAS PULLED TIGHT AROUND HIS CHEST CAUSING HIM TO BE SUFFOCATED.

Employee was moving the hole drill and did not shut the air off first. While moving it the 3"" air hose pulled off and whipped around and struck them in the ribs. Broke one rib on the left side.

Thawing out a frozen water pipe. EE was pushing and pulling on a smaller pipe to break loose the frozen part of the larger pipe. No immediate injury but wrist was swollen and sore a couple days later.
