Employee was stepping off the side of company unit # 14-26, employee's foot got caught resulting in employee falling and injuring his right wrist.

Struck by flying object

While said operator was breaking granite into smaller pieces with a hydraulic breaker, a shard of granite went through the excavator cab safety glass and struck operator in the forehead. He remained conscious and alert. Was brought to local clinic where they sutured the contusion. Doctor said he could return to work next day
