Removing guard under 60"" belt. EE was laying under the guard holding it with one hand. Could not hold it and dropped the guard on thigh.

Struck against stationary object
Stepped out of the bulldozer to urinate, the sidewall caved in, burying EE waist deep in gravel, pinning left leg against the track. Hit head on the ripper arm of the dozer, split head open.
