Miner was working on the exhaust system of a 345 Cat Excavator when they lost balance and fell approximately six feet and hit the ground. They landed on their left side and fractured the radius bone near the wrist.

Stepped on a loose rock and twisted ankle.

Employee was under a pickup truck to adjust linkage. Truck was knocked out of gear and ran into him. Cuts to face, dislocated shoulder, small broken bone in right hand.

Rock flew from passing quarry truck - was stuck between tires - Hit emp. in head knocking him down - Cuts & bruises - possible broken nose - Stitches required at emergency room - dismissed.
