Struck against a moving object
EE was breaking large boulders with 325 Cat Hammer. He had pressure on 24""-36"" boulder. When boulder broke, the rear of machine lifted off the ground, when it came back down the EE's elbow struck the pull up bar near the door. Went to Dr, had X-rays, said it was bruised. Went back to Dr on 9/13/10 and said it was fractured.
