On Saturday October 30, at 10:00 am a miner was struck in the head and neck area with a Cat 324E long reach excavator bucket causing an injury to EE's neck. EE was able to return to work with restricted duties on December 15, 2021.

Employee was working on cleaning out the pan of the primary crusher when he lost his footing which caused him to lose his footing. He twisted his foot and ankle as he fell.

CRANE WAS LOWERING LARGE PIECE OF STEEL INTO PLACE. EE WAS GUIDING IT, SLIPPED AND CAUGHT LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN STEEL AND POSITION, AMPUTATION OF END OF FINGER BETWEEN 2ND JOINT AND FINGERNAIL .
