A ROOF FALL OCCURRED IN RETURN AIRWAY AT 2ND BRK #4 ENTRY. THE FALL WAS APPROX 40 FT. LONG X 16 FT WIDE X 7 FT HIGH. THE AREA WILL BE CLEANED UP AND RE-BOLTED.
