OPERATOR WAS TURING DRAG LINE CAB IT WOULD NOT STOP TURNING HE THEN DROPPED THE BUCKET. THE MACHINE GOT OUT OF HTE CAB AND RADIOED DREDGE OPERATOR FOR HELP. EMS WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL.
