OPERATOR WAS TURING DRAG LINE CAB IT WOULD NOT STOP TURNING HE THEN DROPPED THE BUCKET. THE MACHINE GOT OUT OF HTE CAB AND RADIOED DREDGE OPERATOR FOR HELP. EMS WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL.

DREDGE HELPER WAS WALKING OVER A THREE STEEP RISE THAT GUARDS THE SHAFT (STEEL GRATE) HE SLIPPED OR TRIPPED OVER HIS FOOT STARTED TO FAL TUP HIS HANDS OUT TO BREAK FALL AND HIS LEFT HAND BROKE THE WINDOW PAINE AND WAS CUT RESULTING IN 9 STITCHES.
