Employee was turning off the equipment and took a shortcut over the bottom of the ramp for the 2100. They lost footing and fell. When they fell, thier right ankle twisted and popped.

EE had gotten off of the 336 excavator to turn off the crusher as rock was piling up on the belt. When approaching the crusher, EE slipped on a rock and hit EE's head on another rock when falling. EE had EE's hard hat on, but it came off during EE's fall.
EE was operating an articulated haul truck. EE said that a large piece of material was dropped into the bed of the haul truck EE was operating, twice on 3/25/25. EE said the first time caused EE's back to hurt and the second time made it worse.

Injured employee had squatted down to hold a hydraulic nozzle for supervisor. When EE squatted down EE heard EE's right knee pop and felt pain down EE's leg.
