CSA Materials Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Injured worker was using a wrench and hammer trying to remove a nut. When the nut gave way, the worker's hand was smashed between the wrench and the bearing housing EE was working on. Injured worker received three stitches between thumb and index finger of left hand.

EE bent over to flip the floor panel (4x8 plywood per phone call) over when he dropped his end and could not stand up due to pain in his lower back. Back strain. (Per phone call, EE will see a specialist soon for further diagnosis).
